An Artificial Intelligence Safety Agent is key to ensuring all AI Foundation fans and users experience a seemingly flawless interaction with each and every AI they interact with.
The Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring Slack Channels for new conversations with AI
- Monitoring all conversations between users and AI and intervening when necessary
- Alerting Leads when bugs are detected in the Trainer
- Completing Conversation Analysis forms for all conversations
- Alerting AISA Leads and Managers when uncertain/unhealthy conversations arise
- Continuously performing testing on AI in order to identify gaps in training
- Unguided testing
- Topic Testing
- General Engagement Testing
- Assisting Leads and Managers in Customer Service Related tasks such as answering basic questions about the app etc.
- Keeping up to date on all new AI and Proof of Concepts
- Helping to update materials as needed to ensure team is up to date on all new information
- Jumping into and adapting to other miscellaneous tasks as necessary
