An Artificial Intelligence Safety Agent is key to ensuring all AI Foundation fans and users experience a seemingly flawless interaction with each and every AI they interact with.

The Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring Slack Channels for new conversations with AI
  • Monitoring all conversations between users and AI and intervening when necessary 
  • Alerting Leads when bugs are detected in the Trainer
  • Completing Conversation Analysis forms for all conversations
  • Alerting AISA Leads and Managers when uncertain/unhealthy conversations arise
  • Continuously performing testing on AI in order to identify gaps in training
    • Unguided testing
    • Topic Testing
    • General Engagement Testing
  • Assisting Leads and Managers in Customer Service Related tasks such as answering basic questions about the app etc. 
  • Keeping up to date on all new AI and Proof of Concepts
  • Helping to update materials as needed to ensure team is up to date on all new information 
  • Jumping into and adapting to other miscellaneous tasks as necessary
