Training at the AI Foundation is putting together small-talk, general knowledge, and writers’ scripts into an AI to create an engaging one-on-one conversation for many unique users. Trainers receive all content and must quickly and accurately classify, input data, test, and iterate. The role is fast paced and we are looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals. Trainers are at the crossroads of engineering and natural human conversation. AI Foundation is looking for someone who is up for the challenge of bridging the gap between these two.
The Responsibilities Include:
- Work with different project leads to coordinate project efforts to completion (trained and tested)
- Understanding and classifying different aspects of a natural conversation
- Learning the structure of a conversation on the back-end (beyond what is said and heard – how we build the conversation with engineering tools)
- Training data entries
- Functional testing of data input
- Troubleshooting issues found while testing and fixing training data
- Testing AI conversational abilities in Engagement testing
- Reviewing conversations from users of product
